This Shipping & Refund Policy applies to orders placed on Metaphors Of Earth’s store (when the store is live).

3. Shipping Charges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

Provide order number and photos showing the issue (and packaging, if possible).
We will review and arrange a suitable resolution (replacement or refund) as per availability.
6. Returns & Refunds (General Eligibility)
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the following applies:

Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging (where applicable).

If you received a handmade/botanical contact printed item, slight natural variations are not considered defects.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:

Items that are worn/used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Gift cards / personalized items (if offered).

Items marked “final sale” or as non-returnable at checkout.
8. Refund Method
Refunds are available only for eligible items that meet our refund requirements. No refund will be issued for botanical contact prints due to perceived differences in appearance, including but not limited to variations in colour, contrast, tones, texture, density, background, or overall look, so long as the print was produced according to the customer’s approved file or the product preview provided at purchase.
Botanical contact prints may vary naturally and artistically due to the inherent properties of plant materials and the contact-print process; these differences do not constitute defects or grounds for refund.
Non-refundable categories: Refunds are also not available if the item has been used, damaged, altered, or if the issue is reported after the stated refund/return window.
If eligible, refunds are processed using the original payment method (or store credit if stated at checkout). Processing time may vary based on your bank/payment provider.
9. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order:

Cancellations may be accepted before the order is shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation typically is not possible; the return policy will apply (if eligible).
