A) Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Booking

Workshop participation may require registration and/or payment. Seats may be limited. Registration does not guarantee a seat unless the booking is confirmed by Metaphors Of Earth.

2. Payment

Payments (if applicable) will be collected via the method shown at checkout/booking. You agree to provide accurate details for payment processing.

3. Workshop Schedule Changes

Metaphors Of Earth may reschedule workshops due to operational needs (including material availability, trainer availability, or unforeseen circumstances). Where possible, we will provide advance notice.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

Follow instructions provided by the workshop host/instructor.
Use provided materials and tools safely and as directed.
Inform the host of any relevant allergies or sensitivities (especially to botanical materials, dyes, or adhesives) prior to participation.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Workshops may involve craft tools and natural materials. Participants participate at their own risk and agree to follow safety guidance. Metaphors Of Earth is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.

6. Cancellations by You

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling rules (if any) will be stated at the time of booking/confirmation. In the absence of specific terms displayed at checkout, the following will apply:

Refund requests made within the last 48 hours may be rejected due to resource allocation and material commitments.
Metaphors Of Earth may offer rescheduling at its discretion.

7. Cancellation by Metaphors Of Earth

If a workshop is cancelled by Metaphors Of Earth, we may offer a full refund or a rescheduled date, based on practical feasibility solely at the firm’s discretion.

8. Photos / Media

By booking, you may allow Metaphors Of Earth to capture and use photographs/video of workshop participation for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise before the workshop begins.

9. Intellectual Property

Workshop attendees may not reproduce any workshop handouts, proprietary instructions, or shared designs beyond personal use, unless explicitly permitted or officially sanctioned.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metaphors Of Earth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

B) Store Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Products & Orders

When the store is live, products listed on the Website may be limited in quantity and availability. Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase the selected items subject to acceptance by Metaphors Of Earth.

2. Pricing & Taxes

Prices displayed on the Website are in the currency indicated. Applicable taxes (including GST where applicable) will be shown at checkout or in the invoice/order confirmation.

Products are made using botanical contact printing and artisanal methods, with intended abstract influence. Variations will occur and are not treated as defects but as a testament to the authenticity of the products. Every artisan and their house have their respective recipes and styles. That is what adds value and diversity in the artform.

8. Payment Security

We use payment methods provided by third-party payment processors (where applicable). Metaphors Of Earth is not responsible for issues arising from those processors.

9. Limitation of Liability
